Stats yes, but look at that one's level and look at the low number of fights, robs, and jobs completed. I don't think they could get to 179.

Check his inventory and his syndicate rewards. If he isn't in Fight Club, he shouldn't have the blingmobile.

If they have the Blingmobile and their name is not TW Lui, then they are a hacker. Fight Club got the +1 building upgrade mod for first place but they did not get the item

A lot of folks got these free weapons. Most have lost them because they logged in and out again.
I don't think this is technically cheating. It doesn't involve any hacking or time jumping.
It is a mess up on GREE's part and not his.

i've reported this guy/gal to Gree several times. not only does he/she possess a Blingmobile but also a Koralene Crossfire. i've received the standard Gree responses stating they are looking into it. I do know that he/she is (or was recently) on Team K. When I have run into Team K members in game, I have also alerted them to it and either have not received any response or was replied to with something more substandard than a standard Gree response. I'm not going to be banned for stating his name but after reviewing his inventory it looks like he added hacked weapons to the "max" (incidentally, the exact opposite of his name).
