Daily Scratcher: Irrelevant or worthwhile?

Does anyone think the Daily Scratcher is worth having with the level of items it currently drops? With the inflation of the game it seems the low end units should be closer to 100 stats...not in the teens.

I have also heard stories of $1M pay days on some scratches, I haven't even sniffed anything near that amount.

Not worth spending gems on, but I enjoy the fact that gree gives us a freebie. I know several people that received a 1m
Payout, my best prize do far has been 100k honor. It's also helpful to LLPs

Worthwhile for sure, free is free. Have only matched 3 on KA, but have gotten 6 on MW and CC for a decent reward.

2 accts, 16 months on KA - have only had the large prize once and it was a unit, not honor or gold. Was a decent unit (2-3000 attack, IIRC) but if you are over 500k in stats, the daily scratcher is sadly just a daily reminder how disappointing some rewards are. :(

Just recently, the daily scratcher prizes got so much better for MW. The unit for matching 2 is like 90/60. Makes the boss prizes seem really irrelevant.

best reward received the other day, 5 magic hats got me a unit of 200/300 or something. did I get excited? not at all. but as a LLP that unit would have got me very excited at 1 point. I ignore the scratch card and just click it by habit now. maybe 1 day I will get a large payout and be happy, like Bluedood said 'free is free'

I won the Keeper of Souls (1530/769) on a 6/6 scratcher once. Not that big of a deal these days. I wouldn't mind if they updated these prizes. The gold prize is useless as well with the vaults the way they are.

However, I suppose free is free.

The daily scratcher should give out gems. Like if you match 1, you get 1 gem. If you match 2, you get 10 gems. If you match 3, you get 25 gems. If you match 4, you get 50 gems. If you match 5, you get 100 gems, and if you match 6, you get 500 gems.

Gree have recently amended the scratchers on MW to reflect the stat inflations and the prizes are not too bad now so there is hope that they may do the same to the prizes on KA.

The fact that Gree needs to update the scratchers to make them relevant suggests that they didnt properly design them the first time around. Does Gree have a long term design for this game? LOL, that's not really a question. Stat inflation suggests a lot of this stuff is done on the fly ...

I got 5/6 coins once. It was either 150k or 250k gold I forget. Either way I was low level so it was huge for me. Wouldn't make a difference now though. Definitly NOT worth spending gems on.

As was said, free is free. I am an LLP in KA. Only been playing for 7-8 weeks and camping. So anything I get for free is great. I have gotten several 100+ units. Also gotten several 500 honor prizes (may have gotten a 1000 honor prize, but not sure). Don't remember if I've received any gold though; probably have.

In Modern War most of the scratcher prizes are worthless. There I am a high level player -- level 148. 9 out of every 10 prizes, maybe more, are little 10/20 units. But I have also gotten bunches of $1,250,000 prizes, as well as some 100-200-300 units. And tons of valor which I'm banking and will use someday.

Again, free is free. Even if the chance of a decent payout is absurdly low, it's still free and will add something to your gameplay. None of this will impact your gameplay negatively in any way whatsoever (unless you "accidentally" hit the gold button, but don't blame GREE for your mistake.). I loved it when they introduced the scratchers in MW (had been playing a long time before they started them there). And I love them in KA.

Oh, and I just hit the button. I don't scratch.

Not only is it pointless to upper level players, but I have mistakenly double touches which costs me 25 gems each time. Not even worth the risk ....

Almost worthless to my HLP, once every month or two I get something good.
Nice for my LLP, a 50/50 indestructible unit is still helpful.

It's free, it's tough for me to complain about that.

Are all the units great, depends on your level.
Should they update the units. They could do with a tweak. But I wouldn't say much, at the moment the game still favours lower level players, and tweaking the scratch would just make this more so.
Maybe adding something just for higher level players, would be better. A second scratch dedicated for higher level players.
The gold I don't relly need anymore, so if I win any, it goes to the guild, honour is fine,the honour units are not that bad.

Totally irrelevant. Something I have to tap before I can play each morning.

The best I have EVER done on a scratcher is match 4. And that only once. Ever. lol. I long ago stopped hoping I might "win" something of any value to me whatsoever on them. So they are just a nuisance to me now.
