I made a request to the customer service for transfer 2 days back,got a ticket .they haven't even send an acknowledgement back all I got is a ticket number

Well I did an android phone transfer about a month ago. I sent in an email to support they sent one back asking for the friend codes from both phones. They also asked for my main knights name of the account i wanted to keep and how many gems were on each account. After I sent them the info the transfer took about 24 hours. I never tried contacting in game support maybe they are slower at it. I suggest email support. Good luck with your transfers.

There's no news about when Android will get Guild Wars, or even IF we'll get it...Hopefully not for awhile that way they can take their time to work out the junk that was in the iOS version before we get it, rather than get it fast or immediately and go through the same thing iOS did.

Tell me about it I've been trying to get my account transferred since August 10 2013 and today is the 23rd I haven't even gotten a response from them in about a week I also miss guild wars and the epic boss and from the looks of it I won't make this one neither I tried emailin them to remind Iam waiting tried leaving them alone for a couple days nothing works idk bout to just move on to a diffrent game becuz I refuse to start over

I have been waiting for over a week to get my account changed from one iPhone to another. My ticket request was answered almost immediately with instructions on what information to give. I responded immediately and have been completely ignored ever since. I even opened up another ticket complaining that my original ticket is being ignored and that ticket hasn't even been assigned to anyone yet. I really wish there was a phone number to call and speak with a live person!!

I'm pissed off. I have spent a lot of real money in this damn game and after tomorrow I will not have the ability to play it anymore. Why is Gree absolutely ignoring me??? And everyone here for that matter?

Thanks Renegade. I was actually looking for ideas from some of the senior members of this forum who may have some insight into how Gree works or may know another way to contact them.
Update: late this evening my request was fulfilled. I still fail to understand why the horrible lack of communication had to take place, but I guess they did what they were supposed to do in the end. Hope everyone else who posted here has gotten theirs resolved, I know how frustrating it is to wait with uncertainty.

my galaxy S3 crashed so i couldnt back anything up or anything like that. so when i got my new phone I reinstalled the game. it started me instantly at the tutorial and last time i logged in with my facebook. is there anyway to log oout and back in with my facebook or am i just screwed. i really do not want to start over and the gree support for this game is terrible.

They should really make a sticky for it...
Accounts are linked to devices, not google play, apple store, facebook or whatever.
- make a ticket through either in-game: menu -> options -> FAQ -> contact us or https://games.gree-support.net/home about transfering your account.
- they'll ask you things like friend code, main knight name and number of gems for both accounts. (hope you remember those of your old account or you'll have a hard time convincing them you're the owner of the old account...)
With some luck you might then get your old account transferred to your new phone within a period ranging from days to weeks...

Almost a week no response for my wife account. Even I submit the ticket with her complete info.
In this case she'll not play this game anymore.
