They have NEVER fixed ranking before, even with screenshots proving the influence scores on their "final" list were not correct. At least twice major cheating among top syndicates have affected ranking, and was brought to light and submitted by many players to support, but was never corrected.

What makes you think today and this event is any different?

We had some tough match-ups so placed as well as might have been expected. A case of so near yet so far. We did manage 375k IP in our final battle and were 91 as the battle closed with 18 minutes event time left. Not enough to hang-on to the end.

2 of our big players had been poached by top 25s, but the 2 have now returned saying they found that level too much of a pressure-cooker and didn't really enjoy it.

We were in the top 150 until the very last battle. For some reason we were matched with a syndicate that almost exclusively was made up of lvl 40's, so we dropped out of it by *this* much. But 250 with 30-35 active members is a good result in my eyes, even if it was a step down from the top 150 we got last round.
