Hi support,
I'm leader of a guild (power fighter)
One of my member has a broken phone.
The member is still in my guild
What's the most effective way to help my member?
How does it work?

Hi Alena,
That depends on how you want to help your member.
You can boot him/her if you need a spot.
Or
If this concerns a transfer, your member should sent an mail to Gree: en-support@gree.net,
due to the fact that your member cant sent an ingame ticket.

Email and then wait. Minimum 2 weeks. Possibly up to 2 months

Do they have a new device?
If they do, tell them do get kingdom age and install it.
Give them the old ID number and the new ID number and send it to Gree through customer support
