Adding request to syndicate

I've had a message someone is trying to join my syndicate but I cannot see the request at all.
Does or has this been deactivated during battle?

Should you still see request from someone not in a current syndicate? Or is everything frozen?

I can still see all the requests to join my syndicate, I just can't act on them

I can see the requests but my issue has been not being able to see their stats.
