So I've heard of a TON of different top factions hacking and just for clarification, could someone give me a list of those factions just because I'm curious. And also, maybe just explain in a paragraph or so what is happening haha.

There's screenshots of members of Ferrs emperors having 30k+ gold and admitting to hacking, as for Ferr himself I don't know if he is a hacker. And SUP has always had rumors circulating it being a possible hacktoin.

Yeah I understand that. Someone posted this link into the modern war Palringo chat room. I don't think Ferr himself is a hacker. I mean I look at his bp in events always and he is usually equal to or a little higher than me.
