Have you thought about merging with another faction? It is very hard to build a faction from scratch. you will get permanently poached (established factions luring away your best players with better factions). I have a faction looking for a partner to merge. We have about 20 slots we can fill, good bonuses, and a group of active (though not overly fanatic) players. We have consistently been top 750 and close to crack top 500 but now lost some players who wanted to play in the top league. Our interest is to build a faction that functions well as a team.
