We had to remove the Treasury of Gold until further notice due to restrictions with foreign currency/conversions.

If there isn't a restriction with €100,- there won't be one with €80,-... or I just don't get it. Geez...

How about we just assume that the rules are more complicated than you think?

Big fan, but any suggestion to what they could be that mess with something that has been done before and is below original value; any sudden changes due to very recent rules by the European Commission?

I have no idea, and I'm choosing to not put my neck out there with any bold statements on something I know nothing about. Do YOU have any idea whether there's been any change of policy by any national or international body that might claim some authority to regulate this sort of thing? Do you even know what the "European Commission" does?

Who has any clue what they do; it just seems weird that there is no problem with exchanging €100,-, but there is with €80,-. I'm not a complete cynic here, but my first guess would be it's another Gree mistake. Even if there was something up with it, shouldn't they know that before the sale?

And that's where we part company. I'm willing to assume that a company would probably rather sell you something than NOT sell you something, you'd rather assume bad faith and complain about it. It's probably NOT gree's fault, when you think about it, but no one ever does.

That is indeed where we part company; I'm not assuming bad faith btw.

I heard it had something to do with restrictions with foreign currency/conversions.

I think you have just stumbled on the real reason. They messed up again and have removed it to save themselves extra incident tickets. Hopefully it will be back with the sale reduction before syndicate war is over.

treasury without sale was cheaper than vault with sale. now its gone..... shame on you gree!

Shame. The way the Euro's going, 1,600 Euros won't even buy you a copy of Fowler's Modern English Usage next month.

it wont be back before the syndicate war is over.

Respect how quick my ticket got "solved" and how quick my reply's were answerd.
Lets not talk about the solution!

MrM

Did you get a 'solution' Marlena? Obviously couldn't wait with the problem so bought anyway and sent in a ticket right away. I just got a message that there was a chance of a solution, it stopped me from going through Google Play up till now...

I'm having the same problem. Bought treasury and was charged the fulle price. They were just saying, they are aware of it, would be working on a solution and closed the ticket without a solution! I'm pissed off!

I'm on iOS and never saw the sale for treasury in the U.S. yet a few of my teammates purchased it obviously at the full price and sent tickets in . . Wish I even bought one regardless. Just settled on a couple of vaults

I also bought a bank truck of gold and was charged for it last Sunday and never received it in-game.

Gree so far has been silent regarding my ticket except from the same automated crap they send to everyone.
