Since then, not a single event has come along without HUGE problems. Clearly those you expected to do the work of those you laid off are completely incapable of doing so. We players are sick to death of NOTHING working right any more. Every time an event is screwed up, someone comes on at some point and apologies and then at some point after that it gets fixed. But whoever screwed things up and then fixed them is so incompetent that they make the SAME error the next similar event! And then come up with ingenious new ways to royally screw things up! I never dreamed there were so, so many ways to screw up something, especially something that is basically the same 4 types of things over and over with different units (LTQ, box, boss, war).

PLEASE, Gree, go back to the people you laid off and offer them double salaries and double vacation time and a new car - ANYTHING to get them back in their seats and managing to do something right.

Hi guys, if you really like the game and want it in the best way, don't cry here. Instead of all this, just raise tickets to itunes about GREE how wo rst they are handling the game and how st up id their customer service is!! If a mas sive number of tickets raised, then the GREE will definitely fall in the line :)

Gree won't fall in line
Who's customer service complaint has had their issue resolved by Gree?

I have noticed some sort of decline in LTQ quality. In Modern War, we had one where the prizes were horrendous. We got repaid in a new event, with good payouts, but it ended earlier than was announced. Now in Kingdom Age we've got the box guild event, AKA the spend more win more event with guilds, and the repeating quest. I'm not gonna join the horde of Gree hating whiners, but I do hope the events won't continue to be as they are.

Pretty sad that we miss the good ol' days when massive game-stopping bugs occurred just once every week or two. Now it seems to be a daily occurrence.

Look. We get it, you don't pay to play. A lot of us do, and this is just crap. We complain because we have paid and continue to pay relatively exorbitant amounts of money and would like them to spend some of that pile of cash on some programmers that have a clue, and possibly some f'ing QA dudes.

Even at the student level, I can't imagine someone writing code and then not even testing it ONE F'ING TIME before release.

Cuz that's the only way you get a major game breaking glitch on the first f'ing quest!!!!!

If people don't understand why we are angry, here's the numbers.

That says that Gree expects to make 150 billion yen, or 1.5 billion dollars this year. We want them to hire a couple of 65k a year programmers and testers!

We don't think that's too much to ask for a billion dollar company.
