We are a top 300 guild, who are cutting off some deadweight, and looking for active members to help us move to top 200!

90% of our members have been with us since day 1, and have run top 300 for every war
•Our current guild bonuses include:
-23% upgrade time
-19% upgrade cost
-14% casualty rate
+18 membership

Requirements:
•20k daily donation (more is welcomed, most of our members exceed this requirement)
•Use of a third party app that we all use for communication (not required to use daily, although many of us do, required to use during war times)
•Active! Participate in wars (minimum of 10k cp total each Conquest of Kings Event) and guild LTQs as much as possible

•Attack requirements:
Level 35-:1k/level
Level 36-59: 1.5k/level
Level 60-79: 2k/level
Level 80-99: 2.5k/level
Level 100-119: 3k/level
Level 120-139 3.5k/level
Level 140+: 4k/level

•Gem usage is not required, but is encouraged an welcomed, about 1/3 of our members are light to medium spenders.

We also completed the last guild LTQ completely, and are working on doing so again currently.

I have seen many guilds that a few gemers are carrying the weight of many that don't really even show up. I lead a top 60 and I am looking to move forward securing a higher rank. If you are a part if a top 75-200 that is struggling to hold your position - or tired of being the only ones making it to the wars - let me know. I know that combining two teams that are already great would result in an amazing top 50 or even higher! We are organized and scheduled and run votes on most things.
