Disappearing Dubloons

3/10 collect 80 - Check
Now on 4/10 collect 130
So how is it that with the 3/10 unit won we now only have 57 Dubloons?
Also guild points are off. New member has opened 11 and yet has 840 points to show for it.
Anyone else?

So, are you saying their contributions are effectively subtracted until they log on to each new level?
I've got to say that sucks. What if I was going away and wanted to burn some gems to compensate? Come the next level in my absence, my entire total will be irrelevant leaving my guildmates to make up the ground.

It sucks because we really don't know where we stand either. Do we need 50 more doubloons for the next level or is it really only 5! It won't really affect much for us at the moment but if it isn't fixed before the end, it will be frustrating in determining whether to go for one more level or just to quit if we're too far behind.

If you find 10 doubloon, when you level up and you need i.e. 80 doubloons to level up again, until you log in other players see 0/80 (if other players found no doubloons). When you log in, you and others see 10/80 and if you tap on the i, you can see who gained doubloons and how many. I hope i was clear

Just curious- I have members that are opening the boxes but it just shows a blank in the space provided and it's not increasing their doubloon count. They have deleted and reinstalled the app but to no avail.

Your English is very good and I appreciate you trying to answer. I think an official response on this would help everyone in doubt. If the answer is as I fear then Gree will deserve the flaming they'll surely get.

do you mean you have to close and reopen? because obviously you have to be logged in to win the doubloons. we are having similar issues so it would be helpful to know.

They actually deleted the app and reinstalled it. It still is not working though. We also tried to check if it was because they received a new unit but there was not change to their atk or defense.

I guess I am assuming they have done this to prevent people from going back and forth between guilds and adding their doubloons to the count of more than one guild? I think that if we currently add someone, we will get their doubloon count. If they leave the guild, we will still have their doubloons but only for the current level. Of course, they can always come back again but at least they are trying something.

That can't be right???? We had 80something, now we only have 30something.

The only thing that has changed is that we have taken on 2 new members, but that wouldn't reduce the guild total by 50, surely????

Im I getting this right...we have lost 50 doubloons because we have new members? Is that what you mean by switch levels?

Surely it should stay where it is and just get added to?

Level up is going from one level to another in the quest. Like from level 3 to level 4. All contributions are set to zero until the member logs on, and yes I SUSPECT that if someone leaves ( or joins) the doubloons go with them.
