Most times right after a war :) So I bet next tuesday !

Its the first of the month or when a war happen during this period, its reported to the 1-2 days after the war.

I believe it says within the first 7 days of the month they give you the bonus for the prior months activity.

Bonuses will be automatically granted once per month and are usually applied within the first 7 days of the following month for the previous month’s activities. Bonuses are applied to the highest tier met. For example, $720 is spent in one month, the bonus would be for the $500 tier. If you purchased $4,000 you can receive a bonus once for the $2,000 tier. There is a separate Bonus Program for Money in Crime City.

You have to be signed up before buying the gold also, it's not automatic.

Anyone let you know that your syndicate rank is awful for your individual rank and all the work you put in?

The last time GREE had a war right at the beginning of the month (May 3-6 IIRC), gold bonuses were awarded May 7th. But that was because they were "still adjusting to their automatic system" or whatever.
