Oops - can Gree help?

I recently upgraded my vault. During the upgrade I went to save some cash and the buttons were all in the wrong place.

I spent 1600 gold upgrading my vault which I never needed or wanted! That's the Oops.

I'm not angry, just frustrated. Would appreciate any help from users, I have pressed the contact me button at the bottom of the forums.

I'm an average gold user, but I think I may need to change if I can't get some help.

Only pressing the contact button doesn't help much I'm afraid. You can send in a ticket to Gree support and explain the situation. Maybe they can turn back the clock for you before you pressed the button.

I got refund for land expansion, I had to wait for a week
btw where did u end up, u emailed me abt joining us a couple of weeks ago

Go to your menu in game, click on "More" then click on "Help" and there will be a contact support button in the top left hand corner.

I've done the same thing accidentally twice (once on each of my accounts) and GREE was understanding of it both times and credited the gold back to me in a week or so each time.

So we all asked for a confirmation button, the only thing they added was just speeding up the buildings, that's all. We need more than that.

We need more than that. when i click on a building that is upgradeing on IOS it will have another screen that says are u sure u want upgrade for "x" amount of gold..i have also did the accidental upgrade and got the gold back

Same thing happened to me on land expansion and got my gold back within 4 days.
I contacted them through the game.
