i bought 640 gems and just recived 9, seems gree problem coz i just bought another 110 to confirm the problem and i recived them normally.

I sent a ticket to but i need the gems now not a week after war^^

iTunes usually response in a few hours. Gree doesn't respond to support tickets, but if enough people complain through itunes the hit to their piggy bank will make them fix their game.

Hahahaha since the refund each time i log into KA a splash screen asking me to log in itunes appears. I thought...thats weird...so i withdraw the money from my web transactions account and log into itunes when the splash screen appears, and....buahlaaa "unable to process purchase 33000xxxxxxxxx"(ofc i withdraw the money).

Looks like gree tried to charge again the money amount but this time without permission, just asking me to log into itunes.
