How do I send a ticket to GREE?

In my previous post, I was advised to send a ticket to GREE. How do I that? I'm using Android btw. Any help would benefit me and others on this forum. Thanks.

Click on the clipboard at the bottom right of the screen, then on "more", then click "help" and click on "contact support" at the top left hand corner of the screen.

Hey mate I've reported someone for hacking how long does it take for the action to be taken? I hate cheaters!
