Possible visual glitch or a Hack?

I came across a base this morning with 10 buildings under construction. With the visual issues with the latest IOS updates I wasn't sure what to think. Has anyone seen this before?

Probably not a hack. Seems like this happens occasionally. Some players have had ALL of their buildings go upgrade at once. Happens in Crime City too.

Sometimes when im building and constructing a glitch happens where the pixels get mashed up all over the screen..but my building gets upgraded and built as normal. its just wierd to look at

When I upgraded my composites factory it got taken out how does this happen?
