View Full Version : Lawsuit Against Gree??? Over Broken Rival List?

I was reading a wall comment of a frustrated Level 250 player and he wrote that he was quitting CC today and filed a lawsuit in District court of San Francisco asking for an injunction against Gree for supplying a defective product. LOL

Any lawyer out there verify this?

It is pretty pathetic that Gree is offering another event without fixing the rival list problem.

Verify that it was filed or whether they have a case?

I'd need more information to find out if it was filed, and it's probably not worth the effort.

I can promise you they'll never get an injunction. At least they didn't claim a million billion dollars in damages like most other people threatening lawsuits over the interwebs.

actually there are some stupid lawsuits out there that actually win cases. once a women won a lawsuit cause she fell from her hotel room into th pool that contained sperm and got her pregnant. she got something like 1.4 mil.

... Which is completely irrelevant because we're talking about an injunction here. Do you know what an injunction is? Look it up before posting.

It is pretty pathetic that Gree is offering another event without fixing the rival list problem.

I don't know. The rival list sucks but I have to think there have been better reasons to sue. Why they don't just let us attack level 180s during the event I have no idea.
