From the picture it looks like the max is level 99 lol. Pretty crazy.

The armor doesn't look nearly as good as half of the armors in the game but I'd still give it a shot. I've been pretty lucky with fusions and chests so I might try it.

You can fuse it right? Unfortunately I can't use my dragon armors for fusion yet for the cape :X I hope in August I can still get it.

I would have to disagree. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you are having to upgrade it all the way to lvl 99 to get those stats. Imagine if it was at lvl 75 or 80. You will have spent a few hundred thousand (a million, possibly?) on upgrading it to match a few other LEGENDARY armors and you'll have 14-19 more levels to go before you get those 'good' stats.
From what has been said and what has been drafted (not conclusive just yet) that the upgrades increase attack and defense 10 and 9, respectively.
However, if you've got the money, mats, time, and patience for it, why not?

Also, I'm a sucker for aesthetics, so if I had the non+ version of it, I wouldn't bother because it doesn't look all that cool to me :p

at what stage are you in the game? if you do not have all of the gold production maxxed it will be a long time before you start on your economy again. Probably faster to build the 2mill expansion and then start the armour then go straight to the armour.

The big 4 are cheap and cheerful.

It would cost more than 3m to get it to level 70 seeing as how it costs just under 3m to level a legendary from 1-70 through the cheapest methods. And since this is a level 99 armor, it will definitely cost more to reach level 70. No idea how much though since we don't know how much more EP the armor will require. My guess is 10,000 EP to max.

I think it's fine. People who have gotten their hands on the previous dragon + armors are definitely not average/mid leveled players(unless they mass bought EE/Summoned). I believe they would have enough common sense to use the non + to experiment after 4 tedious weeks. So even if this guy is trolling it's a prety big fail imo.

The water boost armor was by far the most valuable item I received from my 11 chest purchase. What I was given instead of the 2 remaining water boost armors does not match their value. I understand the chance involved in opening chests, and the guarantee of 3 boost armors is the only thing that made me decide to make the purchase. I still have not received 2 of the 3 most valuable items from my purchase, but support has closed my ticket and stopped responding.

The best solution would be to give us the armor we purchased, but I would accept a full refund instead. If you cannot follow through on what you advertised, just allow us to return the purchase. Because I do not know which of these options you are planning on taking, I am stuck with 11 armors clogging my inventory that I cannot use.

I am still waiting for GREE to "take care of us" as you promised.

What I got instead of the remaining water boost armor were 20 gems for each armor which is not worth it at all to me. So I got 80 gems instead of the 4 remaining water boosts I was supposed to get. I think the bit about getting the legendary dragon armors is kind of nonsense (though I did get a normal Notus-I already have the + version so useless), with such low percentages to sucker you in.

Has anyone that was shorted boost armors actually been compensated with anything equal to the value of the boost armor?

Boost armor is worth 180 enhancement points, so it would take something that guarantees 180 ep to replace each boost armor. 2 star armor is worth 50 ep.

If they cannot figure out a way to deliver the purchased boost armor or refund the transaction, it would take a minimum of three 2 star armors to replace each boost armor. Limited edition chest guarantees 2 star armor, and the majority of chests contain 2 star armor.
