We need active people with competitive stats for level. Gold not required. We hit top500 with dead weight and empty spots. We want minimum 250 this war with goal of getting higher afterwards. We have partnership with top75 Kranium Krackers to rotate weekend fillins and to send up replacements for empty spots. We have active friendly people and great helpful officers. We are lacking some of the bonuses of others but we are working hard on getting them the right way. We do use a chat app but not mandatory.
