Any android player not effected by the glitch still has the benefit of the free gold.

We complained because ios had scratchers (when they weren't useless) and boss events well before android. You are complaining about some of he the dumbest stuff now. I heard a complaint about not having a $199 option of gold that doesn't even give you that much extra gold and now you are mad that you didn't receive 20 gold?! That's twenty, not two hundred!

Heres the advice ios users would always give to our meaningful complaints right back at you: GET AN ANDROID!

Second pvp event in a row that hasn't shown up on my droid. Just got the bay of blood to show up. But I have 20 free gold so its unfair to iOS users.

I got the gold but I also created a ticket about the money I lost and yesterday I got my money back so I got both money and gold.

I've opened Crime City and saw the 20bars of gold gift appear TWICE within the past 2 weeks, and clicking OK didn't yield any gold from it either time! Am I the only unlucky one? Wow, they snatched away the relic collection event before it expired, now this? With so many negative comments blasting their support, does reporting any issues ever help?

The popup is an announcement, not the way to get the gold. The gold will randomly appear in your account (or not), no matter how many or few popups you receive.

I'm afraid you misunderstood that pop-up screen. It wasn't a chance to 'grab' 20 gold each time you saw it. The pop-up was just a notification that your account will be credited with a one-time 20 bars at some point. I'm sure for the overwhelming majority, the 20 was given right at the start.
