Yeah I'm growing more pissed with each passing hour. A time-sensitive glitch like this deserves immediate attention, and that should include some sort of acknowledgement of the issue by Sirius or another mod. What's being done about this, Gree?

How dare you insult Sesame Street by comparing them to Gree?!? Sesame Street taught developers and engineers wouldn't be tinkering around with stuff within the last few hours of a time based event... There better be some serious compensation for this as I'm sure there are MANY people (myself included) waiting on 1 last unit or just a few more eggs that won't get them now. You can still get all the units from opens. Gold doubloons are just a glitch for where you would have otherwise gotten an egg. It's an annoying glitch, but doesn't impact the collect 9 units.

I agree it's an annoying glitch, but as I've already explained to you this has zero impact on your chances at the dark majesty. The gold doubloons replace eggs, not collect 9 units. You have the same odds of collecting the units as you did pre-glitch. If I were you I'd drop some gold.

But as a side note I just can't stop laughing at the posts.....lucky I have what I wanted from this quest...and in thinking back when the same company changed the LTQ half way through cause of XP complaints...this has been quite another kick in players groins as the time goes on and true to form no word from the Mods or Support.

The system error does not appear to affect every player equally. I have 31 eggs since this morning Asia time. I cannot get any egg despite using fair amount of gems. Over the same time I observed top 250 moves slowly from 29 to 31.

I conclude that some players can still add eggs (congrats on their good luck), I better not use any more gem going by my track record today, and I do not have a chance to try to stay in 250.

Tough luck and damn, I am paying to have such treatment. That's Gree !!!!

I got 12 eggs that's a dozen to fill an egg container , I made omletes and had a blast, got some of those Dubloons also cost me 120 gems , but never wanted the top prizes as usual if it looks to good to be true .....you know the rest...like last war ......Matched with a Guild then after 5 mins of full on gem usage ....opps what happened there...matched to an alternate guild...waste some more gems....follow the story...use gems lose gems...don't get gems back....like LTQ...huge XP ... Change ....bad luck they say....same as usual....fingered out solution...took all of 5 seconds....don't buy and use gems!
If the Hackers don't get you to waste them on worthless CP..Gree will take them and give you a phantom item in return that doesn't show up in anything...well worth the money!
Just keep spending gems...hence the 20% off sale

I am getting a skilled ranger (the reward unit for 5 eggs) each time I have a gold doubloon.
So far 3 doubloons = 3 rangers (on top of the first I got).

I feel sorry for that person. Sort of. You pretty much brought this on yourselves.

This is the first time I can recall since the LTQ's etc began that there's been such a major bug within the last, waning hours of the event. You know, the time in which everyone makes a push towards the final prize. Way to really put your foot in it this time fellas.

As a business owner, I do understand that mistakes happen that are sometimes out of your control. But your paying customers spend quite a bit of money and do expect not only to be compensated adequately, but also to receive a certain level of customer service for their money. Why do people buy a Lexus instead of a Toyota? Customer Service is one of the top reasons. Step it up GREE. You're not Toyota, and you're quickly going to become Yugo if you don't.

As I said before, your paying customers want compensation for your errors. Your complete lack of communication only serves to compound our frustration and anger with you. It doesn't matter WHAT time the error occurred at, you have worldwide customers. Worldwide companies have people monitoring their channels of communications 24 hours a day to ensure their worldwide customers are serviced at ANY time of the day. An apology, while certainly necessary, isn't going to cut it this time. Your REPEATED errors and REPEATED apologies have worn thin. As I tell my 5 year old, "Sorry doesn't fix everything." Your compensation hopefully will equal the level of your customers frustration, or it will probably only escalate the problem further.

I predict that if it doesn't, then today's sh!t storm will probably be nothing compared to Monday when your bosses call you into the office and ask why this past weekends sales were so low? And all you should tell them is "We've alienated every one of our paying customers. We DO hope they come back though. We said sorry..."

Have just sent my third ticket to Gree support on the issue and my regret that the frustration led me to ignore your good company's plea to not send multiple tickets on the same problem. Timely engagement and response tend to minimize multiple tickets better.

I am sure oracle know this is what we want after reading the tread, but what happens in response to this is up to the management, we tend to forget at times the people we talk to from gree are just employees and have very little power on how to compensate us for issues like this. But they are the obvious target for our frustrations.

For those of you who lost gems I feel for you. I got lucky and got my empty and doubloon from using gold to open.
So to credit gems, they will prob need more than just what's hear in the forum thread. They do track gem usage, so I would say open a support ticket if not already done.

The rest of us, well will wait till we hear what gree will do for us.

I think it is unlikely they will credit units we might have gotten. While this is prob cheaper for gree, are they going to credit everyone with the reward units? Prob not as not everyone had the issue,a lot of us yes.

From a programming aspect I can understand wht happened, they were rushed to get the code out and as a result they used a template from a old or new unused box event and altered the code where it was needed to fit what they were asked to do, but very little testing before it went live, and then we all had issues. This is not uncommon and happens in all games from time to time, but I bet someone in development did tell the management we can't do what you are asking without problems in such a short time frame.
So nows a waiting game to see what the management will do to compensate us for all our issues that came from them rushing the ltq's to change the weekend the war takes place on.

I got a dozen or so wyrm eggs before I got my first "gold doubloon". I've been playing/opening boxes regularly all week and got my first doubloon yesterday. So it was working at first, but not now. Everything else about the event and box opening seems to be working, all except that eggs are now doubloons that go nowhere.

Since I know nothing about programming, I'm wondering if there is a way for them to track how many "doubloons" a person has received. The first time I got one, I checked to see if it was just called the wrong thing but still coded to add to my wyrm egg stash. Of course, it wasn't. I checked to see if it was anywhere else -- like in my "loot" screen maybe. It wasn't. So... I dunno if there is a way to track how many doubloons a person has opened, but I sure hope so! If so, then it'd be easy enough to replace them with the eggs and people could get their units no problem.

I was using gems to open boxes and reset timers at first, but obviously I'm not gonna continue doing that while the thing is broken. If I was sure that all my "doubloons" would eventually be credited as eggs, I'd just go on like I had been. But without knowing that, I've stopped. Whatever happens, please ensure that GREE honors these gold doubloons as Wyrm eggs. Players have been forking out gems for this and many were doing so to get the 25 egg unit. If GREE has caused a glitch and the players are left in the dark about what to do, they will naturally continue trying on the basis that the gold doubloons should count. It isn't the players' fault. GREE needs to do both the sensible and right thing here.

I experienced the same problem, got the egg couple of times but does not add to the counter, just wondering what is Gree going to do about it? Wrote in to support about the glitch.

Ok so i have been getting gold doubloons.....it does not show that i recieved eggs in the counter but it does show on the leader board. The only way i could tell i was getting credit for them was to keep refreshing the Leader board. Since i am in the top 50 it has not been a problem to see if i got credit.....but if your in the middle of the pack and cant see your name then this could be a problem.

It is all very well that you are going to look into the issue but I had 14 eggs before the Gold Doubloons started. I have received 3 blanks and 2 Gold Doubloons/Green Eggs since and haven't got the 15 egg unit. Also am missing one of the collect 8 and one of the blanks could have been my missing unit. What are you going to do to rectify this?

Or will I receive the standard Gree response?

Most likely if you used gems, open a support ticket about the gems(they track gem usage) and you should get your gems back sooner or latter. As for them giving out units or eggs to replace the blank or doubloon, I don't think so. Might be cheaper for them, but I don't think they track things like that, to know who had issues and who's just trying to get free units by saying they had issues.

Spent 600 gems to get the last unit for dark majesty, at first when i got the empty and the doubloon i thought it was just a "fake egg" .. after numerous of them, well, i just hope they credit out and egg us up for the units we are eligable for .. :)

What the hell. No email response but they closed my ticket??? And someone in the Top 50 is saying that his Fake eggs did count on the leaderboard but not for those off the leaderboard? What nonsense is this???

Appreciate the update, but it would have been nice to have gotten this resolved BEFORE the event actually ended.

What I was *failing to allude to is that the drop for 25 eggs - Forest Guardian carries the same bonus as the reward for a Top 50 place. A Gree screw up? I don't know. I have the bonus yet finished outside the top 250. There, I spelled it out

That really sucks. Spent 650 gems in lat 10 hour of the event with hope of getting last unit needed for Majesty. Did not got my unit but only 5 units I already had and at least 10 of these useless gold doubloons...that really suck Gree.....
