Help!!! How do i save my game???

My phone was stolen two days ago and therefore I lost my CC game. Im assuming the theives erased everything on my phone. I have ordered a new phone and it is set to arrive in a few days. How do I save my game and put it on my new phone?*Thanks in advance!!

since you got your ID number on your forum signature , just send a mail to Gree from your funzio ID !
Explain what happened , and give them your ID they may ask proof of purchase , so itunes or google wallet recipe !

If they believe you , should be restored fast enough !
