Can't access faction and I'm the leader

I went to enter my faction and it said I'm not in a faction. My husband who is in it too can get in and I still show as leader. I have tried to apply and him let me in.it failed.restoring my phone or deleting game also failed. So far we have one other member with exactly the same issue. Gree please fix this. Anyone else suddenly find they suddenly seem to have no faction? This has happened in the last few hrs

I sent a ticket but we know how slow that can be. Hopefully they notice the post here. If you think you got wrongfully booted in the last few hrs you might be having this issue.

It looks something is wrong again. One of our members has informed me about same problem. I see him in faction, but he does not. So I have him right now in member list and in request list at the same time.

It happened in last 8 hours. So looks like it is a new glitch.

Myself and another faction member are having this exact same problem. The faction sees us on the roster, but we do not show as being in a faction.

What I did so my members would not think they got booted was I went down the member list using another acct and post about the issue to all of them and that if they could not get in they were not booted. It's just an idea but it may stop them from thinking they were wrongfully booted and help identify who's having the problem.

Same issue and message. Glad it's not just me. My faction can see me in the faction but my profile I'm not in a faction. I noticed it only 4 hours ago. :(

I just can confirm that at least two of our members had the issue - I removed them from members, they reapplied and rejoined without further problems. Hope you guys get support from Gree in short term.

We have had 3 affected so far. The leader had to officially boot them before we could get them back on through the invite list. Would not work obviously for faction leaders. Hang in there.

Yeah I have had the exact same issue this morning, I went on to the game as usual and went to into the faction and it wouldn't let me it said to join a faction or create one, so I assumed I got booted but my husband is in the same faction as me and im still in there. This is so frustrating they are always messing everything up, and to top it all off i have lost my units we had from the war just gone, so not happy and want it sorted asap.

Same happened in our faction. Thankfully it has not happened to our leader. Uninstall and reinstall did not help the members out. Hopefully gree gets this fixed quickly. People will think they got booted when they didn't.

My faction have the same problem.... We got tons of new players coming in but all they get is the "can not connect to server" screen.... I will now invite them instead and see if it works...

Yes, it would be nice to get an OFFICIAL response from Gree in this thread. When I developer doesn't not respond it means they are in "bunker mode" (hiding from the community) and don't have a clue how to fix it.

Have the same problem, I was so pissed off, I sent some very nasty messages to some members saying after all I had contributed then they kicked me. then went and sent off a few applications to new factions....I should have checked here first...my bad. Thanks gree for putting me in this position.

I'm the defensive leader and happen to me, I'm connected to chat forum so I contacted the leader to remove me. After I was removed, sent in new request and she accepted me back. If your not in a chat, find a member on your allies list and let them know and see if they can tell the leader to reset you.

This has happened today to one of our members, and like everyone else, we can still see him in the faction and his donation log has not reset, its like he is still there but he shows he is not in a faction...we have accepted him twice already but has not worked, he to has sent a GREE ticket in!

We've fixed the problem - most accounts should go back to normal right away. For those that didn't, our CS team is working on repairs and that should be finished soon. You can also fix it by leaving/rejoining as was mentioned.

Yes I received a response from Gree to my ticket. Basically said leave and rejoin. Only wish I could but how am I supposed to do that when I am the leader and cannot access the faction? Obviously didnt read the problem description.
In the mean time I am nearly 50k down on defence stats and 25% down on income.

When do you estimate to have a solution to solve this situation for faction leaders? Our leader cannot access our faction and officers can't boot him in order to apply your workaround (which is not the best ever since if we boot someone all the donation log is erased...).

Please give us an estimate in order for us to be able to plan members additions and removals accordingly.

I had two teammates that could not access our faction. I resolved the issue by removing them and had them reapply to the faction. I didn't realized that this issue happened before, Gree come on folks, why so many glitches?

As leader there is nothing I or my team members can do to remove me and let me re apply.
Come on Gree, my faction is stuck without a leader and cannot remove members or accept noew ones as we are full.
I am losing 25% income boost and around 50k in defence stats. Loss if income very galling with the new limited time building to play for.
