Epic boss problem?!?

I gave not been able to get the epic boss to attack. By using the normal means.
Then, when I come back to play and go into my quests it seems the epic boss loaded after I logged off.
I sent a ticket, but they won't answers before the event ends and I'm on 20

Happened to me many times. You are triggering the boss, you are just not getting the splash screen letting you know that you in deed have. Only suggestion is to check for it in your quest list after you kill a mob, attack/raid a kingdom in an attempt to trigger him.

Do this.

Go to crossroads map.
Kill one goblin.
Wait one minute.
Close the game.
Reopen the game.
Check quest list.
???
