i'll still do the LTQ, but i'm not really a gold spender anyway...but i'm happy to get a bunch of 80/50 units, because at minimum it helps my 2000-unit army have more indestructible units, and I don't have to worry as much about losing $1m bombers or $2 submarines

Dont pass up judgement yet. Can someone post what the elite prizes are? GREE did this with crime city where all items in normal mode just sucked. Once elite mode started, the prizes continued to increase in stats leaving off at what the final prize for normal was.

IE: final prize in normal, 245/218
First prize in elite, 280/256

Im not saying this is the case. Im just asking if anyone can confirm this

Just so you know, you're not offering near enough money to join those factions. For top 10, you'd be expected to put up ~300,000 points during war, which would cost you somewhere in the neighborhood of 5,000 to 6,000 gems (so even with the 20% off sale, that's probably at least $300 - and maybe more if you've got bad stats and have to hit lower-level players).

So far I'm on 8/40 on prestige, the prestige mode prizes, so far, are SLIGHTLY better than the final prize for normal mode. Some are destructable though. I'll be going free from this point forward, hoping the prizes get better. The odd part was it jumped from Boneyard to Hu Metropolis to DMZ, back to Hu Metropolis, back to DMZ, then to Historic District. Didn't really make much sense.

Gree is trying to offset the benefits of prestaging by making normal mode rewards crap. You will have to go through prestige and spend gold to get good units unlike in the past how you could complete normal and get a decent unit at the end

That unit looks like it came from pre-Gree times. Back when a 300/300 unit was impressive! I remember when I was stoked having a Grizzled Mauler as my top unit (130/95 or something). Now I'm stuck with a 2000/2800 blue plane.

And that is MORONIC to say the least. I can't fathom why anyone would pay money on this game. The amount of value you get for your money is so poor that its comical. Simple example - pay 20 gold to up your energy 1000. If someone is going to pay 20 gold then fully recharge their energy!!! Another is I see a unit now for 720 gold with stats of 440att, 316 def. With the gold sale right now you'd have to pay $80 to get 1500 gold. So say you get two of those units for your gold or your $80, you will take your attack stat from say 100k to 100,880k - HOLY COW WHAT A VALUE!!! And spending $300 to get into a top 10 faction to get a unit that would up your attack by 15k so from 100k to 115k again is beyond retarded. You could get a lot for that money and its sad that anyone here is dumb enough to fall for GREE's pathetic money schemes.
