Start time for new Canada event?

When is the start time for the new Canada event and is there going to be another LE building released

They started the last event at 5pm est last time, they might be sticking to the new schedule
scratch that it was operation wolf a couple wars ago, not sure what time the new event started last time

I just got the popup and the placement was wrong as well as the prizes for where we actually placed in the faction war.

Yep I just logged in and there it was. At least I got all the units and the boosts seem to be working.

Anyone noticed there is technically not a battle for Canada at the end of the list? Just a LTQ. Do you think that is a mistake?
