Buying locked units

Reported this already, there are units that are typically locked at higher levels becoming unlocked for anyone. I didn't realize this until after I bought two of the units.

Unable to attach an image, but I'm able to buy every one of the higher units listed for 35-72k valor and such. I do not have that rank unlocked, in fact I'm still on colonel.

Apparently it is only android who have this opportunity.

started a thread on this, it seems it's gone from having to get them from the top 45 of an oppenent to being able to get them from allies. Being on IOS i don't mind much since androids seem to have most of the problems.
