frozen war!

Anyone else experiencing their entire team frozen from doing anything in war? We are frozen right now and very pissed. Gree please help.

Happened to my faction two wars ago , we posted on the forums and sent tickets.
We were frozen for about 48hr , fell from 75 to within 500.
We never got a response or help , or any sort of compensation for the wasted gold spent in the first 24hrs.

Happened with our faction also. No response from Gree

So it has happened twice now. We simply had to wait an hour and the next war we got back into it. Still frustrating.

Yep we are frozen right now too, have been for past 20min or so, very annoying.

How does it happen?

We were frozen for about 15 minutes or so and then it worked again and we got matched up with a team ranked around 1000. We're top 50. It didn't end up good for them..lol

Same here, froze yesterday for about an hour n half for the whole faction and then another thirty for half the faction.
