Game transfer - Need help.

Afternnon folks,

Hope eveyone is enjoying the war.

I am here asking for help/advice regarding a game transfer from an Iphone to another Iphone.
I think i saw a thread before claiming Gree or whoever has stopped this.. Is this true?, If not can somone who has done a transfer please leave a step by step guild please. This is not for me its for my faction leader who is french and im his translator. The future of my faction depends on this lol.

Some people have had luck transferring via the cloud; most people need help from Gree. Some people report getting their game transferred in a day or two; it took me weeks and jumping the chain of command. Some people still aren't transferred. Good luck.
