B4A start-time: Is it 11 PST?

Am I wrong in thinking that they used to start at 12 PST? Madagascar did.

Nope Madagascar started at 11am.

I know Brazil and Greenland were 12...but i'm not sure if Egypt or china is when it made the switch.

War starts in roughly 40 minutes. Which should place it at 11am PST, as they are two hours behind me. But at some point they were at noon PST, because I remember wars starting a 2pm my time, but my wife calls me crazy. But I remember it, I'm not that old. I might feel that old, but Im not old.

Anyway, I got my level 4 Queensland Barracks upgrade started minutes after i (repeat, I myself) declared war. My faction mates were so keen to fight that I could no longer resist, even sitting 110 M over vault. I had to sell a rail gun to get the last 2 M !!!
