Listen, after every event I see the same teams recruiting hoping to gain the extra 1-5 new people they pray will spend enough gold to make it to the next ranking... this is all fine and dandy if you never want to make it to the forbes 500 list AKA the top 50 in syndicate battle.
in reality (if you honestly crunch your teams numbers) your top 20% are scoring close to 80% of all your teams IP...
Now, the Pareto Principle (80/20 rule) isn't exact science but if you crunch the numbers it will always come pretty damn close, give or take 10% unless you are in the top 10 where the top 20% of the top 20% found each other... (or top 3 which is top 20% of 20% of 20% = top 1%)
Now I'm in top 10 teams for KA Guild and MW Faction but my CC family is special to me and even though Ive been invited to and have played for the #2 syndicate before I love my family at AAU as I'm sure most of you in the top 100 - top 250 feel the same.
However, the time comes when you've got to decide whether or not you want to take the 20% of your family that actually does 70-90% of the work and merge with another family that takes its top 20% and become an elite family that ranks top 50 together -OR- does your top 20% want to carry your bottom 80% to top 100 - 250 or worse ranking?...
If you are so in love with the 80% of your team that only contributes 10%-30% of your entire syndicates IP you'd never leave them, then thank you goodbye this invitation is not for you.
If however you're of the mindset its time to stat getting those top 50 prizes then we need to talk.
if you're in the top 150 (like us) every event we don't take top 50 together we are leaving a ton of Atk/Def stats and bonuses on the table... this event if you come in top 150 again you'll be leaving behind this...
Top 100 2,840 Atk 2,325 Def & 3% more attack from melee
Top 75 4,112 Atk 2,742 Def & 5% more attack from guns
Top 50 3,519 Atk 5,278 Def & 3% more defense from melee
so if you don't merge with us and do not take top 50 with us then you will ultimately lose out on
10,471 Atk & 10,345 Def - and that doesn't take into account syndicate bonuses and other bonuses earned through prior event battles. if you rank 250 or higher you lose even more...
every event that passes our enemies in the game get these top 50 units and bonuses and that means we just become prey, unless we drop 10 vaults of gold (or more) on LE sets - and that's only to barely keep our heads above water and treading hard to keep up...
lets get these units, these boosts and bonuses and then you can still drop 10 vaults on LE sets and lets dominate this game together while still having a ton of fun in the process. Let's stop treading water just barely surviving and lets start riding sharks with friggen lasers on their heads and eating up our competition... together we thrive divided we are found wanting.
