I really do love it when they put a 50 EP armor as the base prize armor. If they found a way to do that every week, instead of having weeks with 20 EP snakeskins, I would be ecstatic.

It's just a mistake, the level 15 reward is the same as it is now.

Yeah, we know the wiki is still horribly incomplete and contains bad info in some places.
First priority is whipping the Armors section into shape (templates, data from the spreadsheet) and after that we'll be able to focus on the other parts. (more help always welcome of course!)

This early on in the tournament that 3rd quest is rather annoying: "ending 5 rounds with a Special Attack" doesn't work very well if the oponents are so squishy you 3-shot the whole party... :-|

Fortunately you have all week to complete the 3 quests. I dislike it when they include revenge attacks in the first Quest, as you may not get attacked for some time.

Beginning of arenas is funny. First knight was wearing fusion armour trying to prolong battles to the point where I could use a crit to finish, but my squire would still one hit all three opponents in crappy SuperRare armour. Way better than having to get revenge wins.

Ah, I didn't think about swapping in level 1 common armor for my first 2 knights for the "special attack finish" quest...
But I got past it pretty quickly. (you in your good armors vs. me in my 3 of the big 4 would probably have left you 1 hit short of filling the special attack bar before wiping my team... ;-P )

I'm currently floating around level 160, and being pitted against people in the top 50, most in the top 20.

Can someone explain to me how Kirito is in the top 20, at level 15? Or Yeti, at level 45?

I'm not saying they're cheating, I just don't see how they can rack up so many points if they can't do a total 100 pints damage against my first knight. Do they get a different set of opponents for being low level?

I managed a bronze medal in my first full tournament, but haven't finished above ribbon 2 since with much greater effort, so I know something must be going on.

A long time ago when I was a new player, I was pitted match after match against the lowest tier of player. I was hesitant/slow to level but I enjoyed making my HH+ legendary (materials for + found in grey chests, original gave to me as daily login prize) Plus there were lots of 45 point wins I could find. People using monks vests etc.

But then something changed I started fighting in my 'badge class' and not in my 'level group'. So I decided that I should play to kill epic bosses.

yeah, it's so annoying like on android version the top 1 got 597,000 tournament points.. like how the hell did he manage to get that points and i saw his main armor was a Notus nemesis armor @_@ just stupid. no doubt it was a cheat. i never saw anyone in the history having even a 100,000 points + in a arena tournament

I've found that if I kept getting put up against people in the same ranking area as me, if I restart the app and load it back up again, I can sometimes get lucky and be put against the lower tier players again. It only seems to work randomly, a lot of the time it'll still put me against similar ranking players.

On another note, does anybody know what armor you can win from ribbon 4 onwards, the one with the dark helmet?

Android tournament is trolling me now: I'm about rank 200 and for the past day it has been giving me rank 50-100 to fight against, of which just now half were my higher level friends... (persists through soft-crashes and clearing cache)
I guess friend battles will have to come through to keep me in ribbon 1. :-|

I finally got into the top 150 and I'm hitting the issue of getting limited opponent choices. I'm down to just three.

My guess is this is a mechanism that kicks in at 150 to make picking the right opponent that bit tougher.

AFAIK if you have 3 options and you pick one, but decide not to fight him/her, it will list 3 new options, which seems to indicate it might just be a display bug and you're shown 3 out of a list of 10 at that moment. (would need to do some testing to see if select, cancel, select, cancel, etc sequences indeed cycle 10 entries through a 3 item view window...)

I don't think it's a display bug, but I'll keep experimenting.

Oddly enough I've dropped to 160th place, and for the first time had non-revenge opponents offered to me that are below my current placing. For the last 2-3 days prior to this I'd been offered only opponents in the top 50, often in the top 10, and I've beaten people ranked 1-3 more than once each. It's not that they have a better arrangement or systemn, just that they buy energy to compete.

At this point I'm neither going to break into the top 100, nor drop below 250, so I'm running my double down up to 7, then waiting for the next tournament to start.

I need 20 more points to get a new ribbon reward since the event ends in about an hour or so. And of course I'm getting none stop network errors while my network is perfectly fine. It's getting extremely frustrated.

not sure about error 17, but when it says Update Required, I frequently find that this is due to connection issues

not sure how it works on iOS but on Android I go to Application Manager in Settings and select Knights & Dragons and select Force Stop

ensure you have a good connection at this point by testing it with another application. I find that if you have a bad connection and leave the game, it doesn't always seem to fully exit and does not show event banners when logging back in

after you're sure your connection is fine, it should work just fine. I notice this Update Required notice more often with Arena though, I can generally still craft armors in the armory at times like that, perhaps Arena requires more up to date, dynamic information from many players in contrast to a more static set time event from one player like crafting

@Roark: Yea, I just found out I actually did have network issues. I've recently switched to a new provider and while I 90% of the time do have a normal connection it seems to notice it quicker with Knights & Dragons. But I don't think I should blame Gree for this one, I think I should have fixed it now.

Changed my Wifi channel from auto to an actual channel number. Thanks for the reply tho. I just hope it stays consistent since It usually comes back lol

you're welcome, I sometimes have connection troubles when going from a below ground area to an above ground, it doesn't seem to want to catch the better above ground signal despite it being available, I know the frustration of a bad signal

In iOS, I'm having doubts with "Sir Chadbury", Guild Sentinel of Harbingers of Death. From nowhere, he's suddenly ranked #2 in a very short period of time. This has been his pattern for the last 3 tournaments. Not sure how he does it even with unlimited gems, like getting more than 1k points in a minute. I took SS of his progress in points, so would be asking The Wise One to look into his account since I can never know for sure whether he's just spending tons of gems or his account is bugged or something.
