it is seem like the open rate is really low , i have already had BLNT 11 times in a row and no opens.

L105 - 5 Hidden Evidence
L13 - 5 Hidden Evidence / 1 out of 8 items

The only thing we can ever take away from case events is that rate to open with cash fluctuates wildly. No one can give an accurate open percentage. The swings are too great from player to player. I'm not even sure that gree has a handle on it.

It really is agent smith taking over.

Ok, so for some reason im not getting any of the items? In 20 tries, ive opened 5 cases, all for the collect 10, none for the other event

If you have no connection to the GREE servers when you cash open a case, it's an auto-BLNT (if it was a gold open, it was take a long time to open and either give you an error that you need internet connection to play the game, or eventually open if you get service at some point). This is my default assumption when someone says how they have barely any opens.

Try visiting a rival's hood, and rob a building. Does it take longer than usual to complete the rob? Wait before opening. Was the rob quick? Feel free to open.

I got 7 evidence things and 3 other items opened in a row, now hitting nothing since this afternoon. Still a much better open rate than any other 10 case event I've ever had, even if the 3 other items would have normally been deviant coats or enhanced bikes.

I had the best odds on a 10 event yet opened one evidence with cash last night and got everything else except rioters rod in a row today gold resets cash opens

It's such a small amount of in-game cash, why not always use the cash option?

Ive already collected my 10 evidence files and got that nice 1922 1200 explosive and i have 4 out 8 of the riot gear so far, havent spent any gold either. Hopefully i can collect the last 4 pieces before its over. And just so you know you can get doubles of the riot gear so its all luck.

I have a character in your Crime City game. There is a mission 'HIDE THE EVIDENCE', where the task is opening briefcases with evidences with 3 option:
1. 15 gold (gold= it MUST BE PAID with real cash)
2. about 4.000. game cash for (as it said in the game) fair chance
3. no real or game cash

I hve chosen the 2nd option 5 times in a row, and there is NOTHING for it...
