We are a fun syndicate that will always land easily inside of top 400. And when the prizes are right, top 250, without wasting a single bar of gold. We are currently recruiting. Our requirements are not stringent in any sense. We require:

15-20 battles a war. Not too hard, more are of course welcome. That's about 4-6 check-ins a day.
Decent/ok stats. Nothing too abysmal. We can discuss this.
Willing to check in on time.
Must install a messaging app called Line. This is a must. We coordinate all our efforts through it. The in-game forum is inadequate for our needs.

We fought our way up the war rankings, ending Midtown@Top1000 and now landing Top250/400, depending on the gear we choose to engage. We have a great officer corp that keep the battles going on... all day.

In between wars, there're always discussions going on about cc events, game mechanics & build strategy. Got a off-topic chatroom as well, for the ones who can't stop chatting!

Like OP stated, activity is most highly valued. With activity, you'll grow your stats & war IP.
