Boss hp look to be about 3,725,000 for level 38... so figure out what your unboosted stats are, divide 3,725,000 by those stats, and that should be number of hits, I'd think... does that make sense?

Or to make it really easy, hit boss once with free status, see what stats float over its head... then hit it with the one that costs gold, and see what stats float above its head... figure out which one your'e gonna use and divide 3,725,000 by that one :-)

To make it easy on yourself, when your energy is full hit him 3 times, stop for 1 minute, then come back. You'll be able to hit him 2 more times. You can do that whenever your bar has more than 25 hp.
