Now I'll be the first one to get pissed about bad or slow customer service, I feel that your guests/clients/patrons need to be taken care of as fast as possible, in order to retain your consumers. That being said, I recently bought a new phone, and had to do the transfer via tickets. I was very anxious about this, as in the past I have not had muh luck with tickets. How surprised I was that less than 30 minutes after my tickets were sent, both of my KA and MW accounts were transferred!
