Logged in this morning saw syndicate rewards have question

I saw my syndicate rewards but it looks like I received a couple individual rewards. What are they for ? I earned an extra 5k attack and curious as to the individual tasks that resulted in the rewards. Wondering if that will happen again and if I should put more effort into something. Thank you for your responses.

Those are probably from the Brawl event.
I had that splash screen to this week, and stil not one from the syn battle.

Thanks. I recall seeing a splash screen after the prior battle and I recall knowing there was syndicate and individual bonuses. But this time I was not aware is all so I m not sure what we did to achieve the awards is all. More importantly in the current events is there something similar

Yep same screen from the brawl event, mine popped up as well
