I've heard it rumored that the shark tank starts around lvl 180's. im currently in the mid 180's in lvl and still no shark tank ... did it get moved when the lvl cap was raised to 250 ?

It's moved around a bit. Just before the level cap increased it was in the 190s. Then it was more or less 200+ for a while, then went to about 220+.

Then the RL broke, which made it 180s and lvl 250. So you should be smack in the middle of it, unless the RL has been fixed.

The real tank begins around lvl 215.

The broken RL is 1-way. People on lvl 250 see the 180s and people lvl 250.

I think it's wrong that at level 220 I'm getting attacked/ robbed by people @ level 250, yet can only see rivals +/- 3 levels from mine.

Someone is about to eat some humble pie! I am one if the strongest at my level but I know I dont compare to the heavy gold spenders in the shark tank.

Yup, you'll certainly terrorize them by hurting there fingers as they tap away robbing your hood and beating you into submission. ;)

If that was your best ranking opponent then I would take your own advice and stay low as long as you can. Unless you have 600K att/def. Even then, you'll still get terrorized by the shark tank. Its an ugly world up there....

That's a bit of an exaggeration....less then 5% (maybe less then 1%) have stats above 600k/600k. If you collect on time you'll be fine. If you choose to no-bank though, expect to be regularly stalked every 2 hours.

at my level you're able to hit someone 20 times now. Do you know if its more hits the more you level yup ? or is it the same cap for everyone ?

It's been 20 x's for me attacking 215-250. I'm L240

I think only 5% of the shark tank has those stats....I have 530k attack, and I have no problem finding player after player to attack/rob, some as low as 100k defense.

...just count your IPH at 40% and forge ahead! now your goal of 1m IPH just needs to be 2.5m... no biggie, right!
...or there's the other option. Just delete all your buildings and throw everything at Stamina and you won't have to worry. There is ALWAYS someone weaker (or even quite a bit stronger) to rob, no matter what level you are at. I'm only 175k Atk here at L223 and I'm never lacking someone to beat up, though I have to make every collection within 4 minutes or I'm shark bait.

most do not worry about the shark tank anymore. a lot of the bullies have been put to sleep.. fight club do not pick on anyone on a regular basis. the game is more about syndicare battles.
i even hardly hit any indian who can not win back these days, i just do not see the point.

Agree, most don't care about shark tank. FC does in fact camp hoods since 2 of your members at points in time have camped my hood and as recent as last week. Tell Marc I said hi. Like you, I don't camp hoods and am usually too lazy to even visit hoods. Most fun I have with this game is in offline chats since the tapping is very boring and gets old quickly.

Dont know tbh. LTQ made me level up so quickly from 175-200 that I didn't look at rivals lists much at all.
