Buildings not found

I hear about building like palm hotel and gentlemens club. With my current version of CC I don't have buildings I can build passed level 105. Are those LTB or seasonal buildings?? I looked on the crime city spreadsheet and there is about 10 building that I can't see where I purchase buildings at?? Can anyone help.. I'm on IOS... Could that be that the problem

It might be you're level is to low to see them.

They will appear when you are high enough.

Ok. I thought I could see everything but there would be a lock next to it. I see the rock cafe and French restaurant but they have locks on it. Are you saying I can't even see them locked until a certain level?

I'm lvl 83 and seeing only to building lvl 122.

So I am missing a few also for now.
But they'll appear when you level up high enough.

Yeah..

If you google "Crime City buildings" and you choose the money building (Wikipedia page) you can see the whole list incl the LTB's and season ones.
I'm missing four judging by that list.
