Its not like everyone's update goes out at the exact same time. There are different OS's that require slightly different versions of the game, so just be patient and check for updates periodically. Close/open the app, force stop, all that good stuff may help as well.

I just had the data push on my lvl 11 but did not get the event? It starts in a place I have access too so what level does the ltq start at for players?

It doesn't matter which map the LTQ starts at. If there is a map within the event that you cannot access, then you do not get the event.

Not sure, but check previous threads on the last few and see what the level requirements were. Possibly level 30 or 35 required?
