Northern lord unit reward bug.

On the summery of bonuses I saw my unprage costs change from -23% to -30% when I got the reward. But the bonus on the northern lord was a -10% to upgrade costs, not 7%.
Anyone else hit by this apparent bug?

Multiplicative v addition based probably...

-23% boost is 77% of base. (It's actually 1-.95^5 = 22.6% rounded up).
Another 10% boost should decrease cost to 0.9 of the base cost.
So: 0.773781 * 0.9 = 0.6964.
1-0.6964 = .3036, which they are rounding (to .30, or 30%)
