In all honesty, GREE is moving KA back to its "normal" weekend.

MW one weekend.
KA the next
CC after that.

Rinse and repeat.

For some reason, perhaps the 4th of July holiday weekend and the MASS complaints that followed their Easter fiasco, GREE moved KA back a week. Initially its 3-week rotation should have fallen on last weekend. This past weekend GREE had both CC and KA running WD events, which is probably bad for their pocket book since people can't focus on both at the same time (in addition to the LTQs, PvP and everything else already...)

Hmm, they could have made the lte's longer or added a extra lte to move the war dates to where they wanted, might have gone over better than shortening the time between wars to get there dates right.

Indeed. Perhaps a glimmer of reason amidst a sea of ineptitude and inconsistencies. However, not holding my breath...Friday the 2nd would be 17 days from now. Given their current timer, the WD event would start at midnight my time on a Monday morning (usually starts Friday at 2pm). *shrug and roll eyes*

Its to soon, whether or not its a 'normal' slot for KA. Better to add some new events/content and delay until its next 'slot'.

My small guild has about 12 of us that focus on these wars and its kind of demanding for casual/semi-serious players. I suspect that if this indeed turns our to be the date we will not seriously participate and I will recommend that for the few of my members who use gems, not to do so.

In another event we were told that the in game timer is inaccurate and should refer to the date reflected for the start of an event. I see the same now even though I hope otherwise ...

Unless Gree is going to offer another 40% sale, it is going to be a low scoring event. Bonus gems for July won't yet be handed out, and this war was much higher scoring that usual.

It is a typo. After the Poland WD in Modern War, I checked to see my top 75 units and the Aussie WD coming up this weekend is lasting a week, but it was changed cuz it was a typo. There is no way a WD can last a week or 11 days.
