For some reason I can't start a new thread, unsure why (if anyone can help, please do...)

I've started my own syn, after spending a while with top 100- 250 syn. I lost heart, got bored with the game, and the pressure to hit minimum targets.

With My def at 2.5mil and 2.2mil iPh, I've been ploughing EVERY dollar into buying bonuses, sort of a 'build it and they will come' scenario. I'll be doing that until I've bought as much as poss, and for that I don't need your donations, unless you can afford to. I've bought 44 bonuses so far, and we've been active for about 5 weeks.

I need players, plain n simple. Ideally people who fit in to who I've already got. I've built a relaxed syn, with friendly guys, we chat on groupme, and discuss tactics when we need to. I wanna bring fun back into this.

We will do well, our organisation already is really good. You could come join, and help be a part of something. Our first battle we put together a 13 win streak, and only lost one battle all event.

You do realise that top 250 teams have to fight top teams from 25-100 now and then? To beat these teams a heap of gold is required. To get 50 wins and streaks even more. To finish SLTQ bossesa heap of uzis needed plus a truckload of strength or yet again plenty of gold. To finish last SLTQ so much energy was required it wasn't funny, I think you might be aiming for the stars but good luck.
Your stats on the other hand seem about right for top 250. If you need a home PM me. We are top 250, try and get as far as possible in events and have a few gold spenders in battle that keep us top 250.

There wasn't a player under 5m in that syn lol. I'd offer them the chance of the sister syn to grow their stats and they'd become indignant about it. That last rb event there were top 50 teams struggling to get enough uzi's, never mind 250 and below lol.

So I guess I'm a jerk because my officers and I decided to make a conclusive decision to release a player who couldn't obtain more than 10k IP last battle between two accounts, and barely participated at all during syndicate events, despite having been warned more than three times of your lack of participation? It's not a coincidence that you've been let go by multiple syndicates, all of whom claim that you aren't fulfilling your part as an active, dedicated member to the team (and yes, we do perform background checks, but we wanted to give you a chance considering that you were in desperate need of a home). And the mere fact that you resorted to using the Free Agents forum to unjustly bash me speaks volumes of your true character... especially after having essentially gifted you all the Epic Boss prizes when you explicitly stated you hadn't even beaten the boss 30 times. And yeah, while it may seem harsh revealing all this info about you publicly, at least what I'm saying isn't dishonest.

I agree most new accounts are at my level by level 70 damn stat inflation... But I've never been the target. I've been in a top 100-150 for the past 4 months
