Matching problem - GREE please comment

I know this has been adressed before but until we have no official feedback I´ll start a new thread.

Problem:
We declare war.
After a few minutes the "declare war" button is up again. If we don´t declare we cannot fight, so we have to declare again.
We get matched against other guild and start fighting.
After some time our opponent changes, different guild. With wall up, DL up, all points gone and our energy wasted. Confusion everywhere and no idea how to avoid the problem.

We already sent in various tickets but without response.

We have spent a lot of gems and were very comfortable in Top 50. Now we can hardly fight a normal war as the problem occours more and more often. We have lost over 200k in the last 12 hours and are on the best way of not finishing Top 50 (or worse) if this goes on.

I understand that glitches like that cannot always be solved within minutes, but you will surely understand the situation is completely unacceptable for us. Looking forward for feedback and a solution for compensation.

That's terrible to hear. Hope something could be done rapidly. I can imagine the frustration of seeing the wall up again, among others ....

I'm sorry, i didn't seen this thread before so i wrote the following post in another thread, maybe this is more appropriate:

an officer in my guild pushed declare button but nothing happened so pushed again and in chat appeared twice system message "xxxxx declared war" and as soon as war ended another one started without push button

We managed to Stay in Top 50, but it was more expensive than without glitches.
And no response from Gree, why am I Not surprised?

Happened to us as well. A member started a war and he saw we were matched up and posted a thread on our forums with data about the guild we were fighting. I go to get some hits in and notice it's not the guild he posted about. I tell him his data is incorrect, so he goes back in game and says wtf. He insists we were fighting a different guild. Not sure if this happened on more than one occasion, but that's one that I know of with similar circumstances to your issue.

Not that it's any help, but my guild did not experience this. We placed in Top 200. Might be confined to higher ranking guilds?
