War Declares frozen?

We had declared a war and the notice that a war was declared was up then the declare button popped back up and we can't get a declare to take place. Anyone else?

Finally got in to the war page....With 30 minutes left. Now nobody can hit. Keep getting "updating game data" message. The other good news is our opponents have 53k in CP...we are still on a fat 0.

a my guild officer pushed declare button but nothing happened so pushed again and in chat appeared twice system message war declared and as soon as war ended another one started without push button
