MAJOR PROBLEM!!!
Our guild: Warriors Realm came up against "Black Gryphons Knights 6". We hit their wall and GG, but when any of us tried hitting a player we are getting "SERVER ERROR: updating event data"*

We are easily losing 50k points and may kick us out of rank 50 of guilds!
What can we do?

This is very strange. We fought them yesterday and had no trouble whatsoever, so it's no trick on their part. Suppose it's Gree screwing up again, never seen anything like this

That's very unusual... I have fought BGK6 with both my LLP Guild and We MoC actually just fought them a few hours ago... Both of those battles went flawlessly, so I wouldn't call out BGK6 as cheating or anything.
We are currently at war I was just able to hit an enemy player... So there is clearly something wrong with the match up between you and BGK6 that the servers are not liking :( I hope you get it fixed. I have never heard of or have I had any problem like the one you are having.

It seems to be a server issue and has nothing to do with the guild you're fighting. We had the same problem on the first day with a different guild. We missed out on a lot of CPs because we could only hit the castle. Be sure to send a ticket to support (I did too).

Same issue here with BGK6 server error prob...they can hit us..but we can't do anything!!

We can only wish they would compensate with gems and cp.
if my guild drops out of top 50 , then gree I would also like some compensation. A lot of gem and time went into getting top 50.

Has everyone who has this problem put a ticket in?

We may fall out of rank 50 with all it's awesome prizes due to this problem. THAT is what I want to be compensated with. Or if we do stay in rank 50, compensated some how.

Yes my guild members has sent each a ticket.

We are currently fighting DW same issue. Declared, then the declare dropped, couldn't declare again, joined the war with 30 mins gone, can't hit anyone, server updating message. Opponent has 53k vs our 0. So at least it is even....or not even close to even.

Server issue against one guild &
this morning by another guild, the DL didn't go down. Normally by defeating the DL, the DL is down, now I needed to hit him 3x to get him down!

Too many errors in this game for wich we pay a lot of money!....

Lately almost every event, LTQ, Guild war has technical problems...1 problem in a while is ok and understandable, but technical issues with every event is not normal anymore...

Currently experiencing exactly the same problem with the same guild, come on now, it has nothing to do with the guild. not buying that!
Meanwhile they have racked up points and we waste an hour on the last day of the battle scoring zero, and costing us our placing in the ranks. This is bull**** Gree!!

We had the same issue at TBC in our war vs Flub. 20 mins into the fight the war just disappeared, all points we scored disappeared as well. Then we were unable to declare another war for about an hour. Many wasted gems, very unhappy about this for sure. Someone in my guild spoke with a member of Flub who said they saw 2 wars at the same time.

I took several screen shots - we were awarded zero points - none for taking out the wall, and they did not even appear to HAVE a guild guardian. None of us ever hit the GG...I have no idea.

Randomness in programing/ servers does not happen like this - to the same guild. There is foul play involved.

We are battling bgk6 right now with about 20min to go. Same issue, we are unable to attack them. KA caused my iPad to reboot once as well. Help ticket sent. Hope does not affect the remaining battles ....

It's a shame - many in our league are gem buyers. And this...well...this is one example of why it doesn't pay to play by the rules. It's an iOS game - and like all the others can be exploited. Just look at the GameCenter leaderboards for almost EVERY Game. Ridiculous scores abound.

As this issue has been on-going, we have done an extensive investigation into the matter. What we found was that this bug is occurring much less often then originally thought. Players are actually only affected 0.5% of the time. We are not offering compensation for the med packs at this time but we are monitoring the situation to make sure players are receiving the amount of hits that they should.

Now i have had this happen more than 0.5% and what would be the "AMOUNT" they would give me ? as some hits range from 280-425 ? why do i get the feeling im being ripped off here ! considering i have spent just on 700 gems so far and no where near 80,000 CP ? and not many wall hits just the occasional GG knock but single hits anyways

I call BS. A problem is a problem, regardless of the percentage affected. I would hope that if I alone had a problem, it would be resolved - even though I am only .0001% of the player base. Get you **** together Gree.

+ 1 GAZILLION , totally agree a BITTER PILL to swallow after all the other crap Glitches and issue latley..They can not just sit there and say bad luck and i feel your dissapointment ! Gree can do a LOT more in this aspect of it..i was bitterly dissapointed when they change the LTQ XP half way through but this is beyond that...this cost me money and a lot of it ! My guild had the same problem. We started two wars against the same guild, and both were canceled a few minutes in. (I don't know how far in as I was not active at the time.) We had players using gems in each of those battles.

it would be different if players wern't using Gems but some of us did and did it big time taking GG down and Unloading on Level 10 walls and then Scouting, but to have the war changed after 5 minutes and loosing those gems and restarting with a full GG and wall is OUTRAGEOUS ! i feel for the players that had limited Gem useage and blew them for nothing !

Ratma: yeah I am a honey pot unfortunately. I leveled waaaaaay too fast early n the game not understanding why that it would be bad. Granted my stats are in the millions but I need 2 million to stop being crushed :)

Sorry but your response is not what i was looking for, I am as frustrated with the string of events that have unfolded in the past few weeks with Gree, and although i am not blamming you for this mishap , I am bewildered as to why if i spent over 700 Gems on this event and had continous issues with the server changing paired Guilds after using Gems to take down Guild Gaurdian and using Gems to take walls down then get reset to another Guild and have to do it all over agian !? so i am going through twice as many gems than previous Wars, i could have used those gems for Regen and earnt a lot more CP than i did as others had the same problem in my guild , which would have increased our total score and given us a better result in getting better Prize units, I appreciate your tme and effort in the reply but would rather see some sort of re-imbursment for the lost gems, if you could please re-assess this and advise

My guild, Dragon Warriors II, experienced a similar issue (Server Error - Updating event data) while fighting Flub on Jul 14, 00:20-01:20 PDT. We were under attack, but only able to retaliate and score points by attacking the Flub castle. Several members, including myself, took screen captures and e-mailed support. I received a reply from GREE Support the next day:

"I do apologize for your frustrations regarding our recent event. I am passing your feedback on the issue directly to our developers".

I am not suggesting that Flub were in any way to blame, merely adding to the body of evidence and speculating that perhaps we were the 'third' guild involved in this instance.

Dragon Warrios - DW had this issue 3 times this weekend. I've opened a ticket for it. It would be nice to see it get compensated, but Gree doesn't care about their players so i don't expect anything anymore.

strangely they all happened against members of the oh-so legit 60 member guilds.

So why can't they compensate? With their gems that cost them nothing to produce?? It costs them what to make it up?? Nothing! I spent over 1200 gems before the constant glitches made my guild decide to settle for top 50. I would have spent a lot less had i known. Gree has not responded to any of my tickets. I submitted them with screen shots and time stamps so they know i wasn't BSing. Very frustrating!

We had the same error/ problem with a number of different guilds and I received the same reply to my submitted trouble ticket about the update error and also about losing attacks against rivals with stats more than 100k below mine. :( they wouldn't refund the gems wasted

Perhaps if FUN SB RK the top 3 CC syndicates and the top 3 MW factions bundled resources for a hostile take over of the Gree company, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. Otherwise they'll stick to current policy, nothing changes as long as they keep paying
