Listed below is the entire 21 quest chain for buildings, plus 2 other obscure quests that involve buildings to complete. I would have loved to see something like this when I started out so I would know what was coming, and wouldn't have wasted so much gold and time on building and destroying our gold makers. Don't take for granted that because a specific quest is over, that you won't need it on a future quest in the chain. Look over the list carefully so you know for sure you won't need that building anymore!

2 other late quests require buildings in place to complete them. If you plan on building all Training Fields, you will have 1 single spot left. Keep one of your Monster Nests from Monster Madness in that single spot for Aunt Morgan 4. When you get X Marks the Gravestone, you may want to knock down a L1 or L2 Armorsmith temporarily to build the Tavern. After completing the quest, destroy it and rebuild your Armorsmith. Here's the details of the 2 quests:

Name: X Marks the Gravestone 4
Type: Story
Rewards: 5,000 gold, 2,000 xp, 1 gem
Build 1 Tavern.
Collect 0/3,000 Gold from Taverns.
Clear Blazing Tides Once On The Epic Stage.
Clear Caballero Desert Once On The Honor Stage.
Opens Quest: End of Chain

Name: Aunt Morgan 4
Type: Story
Rewards: 5,000 gold, 2,000 xp, 1 gem
Collect 0/7,500 Gold.
Build 1 Monster Nest.
Upgrade A Monster Nest To Level 2.
Craft 0/1 of Living Flame Armor.
Opens Quest: End of Chain

I hope this helps everyone out! I am working on the rest of the quests to list in a way so you can make double/triple use of a single resource/action to apply to multiple quests at one time. Not sure when I'll have it finished... but working as diligently as I can on it.

P.S. - It is a long post... please do not quote the ENTIRE post when replying to it. Pick a quest or a small section to quote. Everyone who reads this thread will appreciate it!

In essence, it's not even worth doing the quest chain if you're going to replace them with training grounds anyway? Those quest prizes aren't appealing to waste gold on buildings that will be replaced.

I'm logging all the quests myself for later inclusion on the wiki; need to make a second KnD account in an emulator though to log the 20-30 quests that came before I started my logging... :-|

@SoloStar: I guess you could skip that 1 building chain (though most of the earlier ones are things you'd kind of complete half automatic at low levels), but "X Marks..." and "Aunt Morgan" are part of a long, long chain with a gem each 4 quests, so you don't want to halt that chain there. ;)

no one says that to upgrade all TF to maximum level you need around 350 gems (for 10 TF)
in the game you don't get 350 gems not even in one month.
If you don't spend real money you can never make it.
We could calculate but it is impossible.
We have to consider also that if you don't buy energy (with gems and so with money) you cannot get more than a silver medal (that is 30 gems).
This means that maybe in 2 months working very very hard and saving all gems you can maybe you can upgrade all your TF.

I would like to start again to save as much gems as I can, I think I lost around 15 by mistake tapping the "restore health" when I was nervous for a loss (and I shouldn't) or stupid attempts or saving the double down sometimes.

Also opening the chests is not really a great idea (I opened 2 epic and 1 dark prince getting rubbish monks vestment, a really rubbish armor, and a bit gay too)

Glad I found this. These quest are very annoying; especially this one. It comes at the time when you've figured everything out and have probably decided on training grounds (or Nests for the insane), and then you have to tear them down to do this. Glad I found this in advance.

The XP/gold probably aren't even worth it; but the OCD is strong in me.

Yeah, but who knows if quests will be expanded one day using something here as a requirement? It's never fun killing a training field. In any case, many folks have a bit of OCD when it comes to quests.... like me. =P

Jello, thanks for doing this. This will be very helpful to a lot of players. I actually started something similar when I saw the new quest archive, but I didn't get very far. :)

Edited to add:
Wow, didn't catch the date on the OP. I'm sad I didn't see this thread when I was leveling. *ambles off*
