Regular quest rewards?

My ally gained a bunch of stats and said
It was just from normal questS. Most of those units he got were like perpetual then the name. Does anyone know what quest line those are from? Quest lines such as the area master, raiding, allies, and those wo others.

Those were from the LTQ that just ended.

Oh ok then. What level do you have to be to seem individual ltqs. Also are there any good rewards in a normal quest?

I think you had to be 31 for the last LTQ. It's usually whatever level is required for the highest map in the quest.
And no... You will not find any good rewards doing the game's original quests. Only LTQs, boss events, box events, etc.
