It's an in-store only sale. Also this sale looks like its nationwide (at least in the USA). Sale ends on July 25th. This is an image of the nationwide mailer sent out.

I'm thinking either an idiot, or a non-US buyer with a decent currency exchange rate to make "over-biding" sensible. Might be less expensive than buying their domestic version?
